Responsibility:

Checking and documenting of terms, Consistency and Quality des Process model. 

Major tasks:

1. Feedback to the results of Working Group “Modelling”.
2. Developing and defining of a sign-off process.
3. Processing and complementing the Process models. 
4. Conceptual support of the AG “Modelling”.
5. Organisation of phone conferences and reconciliation meetings with Working Group “Modelling”.
6. Writing of reports (progress, intermediate results) for the Status meetings (quarterly).
7. Documenting, “accepting” and “signing” (in the Sign off process) of Intermediate results.
8. Documenting the Processes (narrative English).

Preconditions:

1. Sufficient processes are provided by Working Group “Modelling”.
2. Sufficient volunteers having free time are available for the modelling work.
3. Tools like ARIS or Visio are at hand.

Ergebnis:

1. Drawn and signed-off EPK-diagrams as graphic in Visio files (or ARIS-Models in several views).
2. Formats for the Visualisation (e.g. Mindmaps, additional classifications, details).
