Responsibility:

Providing generalised and widely applicable process descriptions for the Identity- & Access Management. 

Major tasks:

1. Developing of a modelling process and a process framework.
2. Collecting enterprise specific IAM process models.
3. Evaluating the collected enterprise specific IAM processes.
4. Categorising and classifying the processes and assigning to the process framework.
5. Refining the modelling methodology and developing style guides.
6. Modelling and documenting the processes.
7. Synchronising with groups “Validation” and “Organisation”.
8. Processing the feedback from Working Group “Validation”.
9. Processing of Synonyms, definitions of terms and Glossary, using the Wiki .

Preconditions:

1. Sufficient processes are provided from the enterprises.
2. Sufficient volunteers having free time are available for the modelling work.
3. Tools like ARIS or Visio are at hand.

Results:

1. Drawn and signed-off EPK-diagrams as graphic in Visio files (or ARIS-Models in several views).
2. Definitions of terms with Synonyms, sources and explanations.
