Responsibility:

Marketing the Process models and the Initiative GenericIAM to the public. 

Major tasks:

  1. Acquisition of Sponsors
  2. Defining, composing and maintaining of published content (www.genericiam.org, Blog postings, Web shop)
  3. Publication (including translation) in English language
  4. International networking.
  5. Finding an open source like licencing model
  6. Coordinating the public relations work with the NIFIS (PR, reports, Computerwoche)
  7. Elaborating a Sponsoring- and cooperation model.
  8. Developing of Newsletters for multiple channels (XING-Newsgroup, GenericIAM-Newsletter, KCP-Newsletter, …)
  9. Defining and composing the yearly model releases.

Preconditions:

Sufficient marketable input from Working Group “Validation” is available. 

Results:

GenericIAM is known in the public as an established organisation.
